Hello.
During my order, I left a message asking if you could package the vanilla pods, which I bought by 50, in lots of 10, as it was for a gift.
It was not done, but in addition, I did not receive a message regarding the reason.
I then sent you an email but received no response either, sniff sniff.

Navigation on the site is very simple and intuitive and there are many details about the different products.
I am a bit disappointed with my order received at the end of June for not having received the spice sachet as a gift which was valid until the 30th, otherwise always well packaged but a bit longer than usual in terms of deadlines.

Very good. Order processing a bit long. Nice photo of order preparation, just like the thank you message is appreciated. The variety of choice in spices, vanilla, and pepper is a real opportunity for me to indulge in my passion for cooking. I will undoubtedly recommend products.

Haven't tasted all the vanillas ordered yet. I will not order from this site again and I will not recommend it to friends. Because I don't like false promises like: you will get vanilla as a gift (but which is not in the package) And when you talk to David about it, he tells you to ask for it on the next order. So, no more orders
