The delivery was fast and the product well packaged. The pods have a good flavor but I expected them to be a little fattier.

Hello Philippe,
Thank you for your feedback and your trust. We are delighted that you appreciated the speed of delivery, the care of the packaging, and the flavor of our pods.
The humidity level, indicated on each vanilla product sheet, is an indicator that allows you to choose a vanilla that is more or less humid according to your preferences. We remain at your disposal to advise you and help you find the vanilla that best meets your expectations.
Looking forward to it,

Hello Nelly,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
We are delighted that the quality of our spices meets your satisfaction. Regarding the Lac Victoria vanilla from Uganda, it is a vanilla with a dry texture as indicated in the product description. It is ideal for infusion: as it rehydrates, the pods release beautiful warm and deeply vanilla notes.
Thank you for your trust.

Hello Ludovic. You have chosen different varieties of vanilla with a more or less dry texture, a more or less high humidity level.... All of this is well mentioned in the product sheet. It is not the appearance of the pod that determines its quality! I invite you to read the description of the products you personally chose and do not hesitate to come back to us for any advice.

Hello Monique,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that the vanilla did not meet your satisfaction. It is clearly stated in the product sheet that the Bourbon Red vanilla from Madagascar has a dry texture.
As for the curry, the ingredients are also mentioned in the product sheet.

Fast delivery, excellent vanilla but very disappointed with the pods supposedly very large... In terms of quantity, I received 3 that correspond, but honestly the rest is far from the advertised product... really average size. I give a rating of 3 stars because your site is user-friendly... fast delivery... careful packaging.

Hello Catherine. Thank you for your message. The Grandiose vanilla pods are an exceptional product, representing only 0.001% of vanilla harvests. In this category, the length of the pods can vary, but they are always larger than average, which justifies their classification as 'Grandiose'. Thank you for your understanding. Looking forward to it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are a bit surprised by your feelings as our vanilla powder is usually very appreciated for its fragrance and its beautiful aromatic intensity.
We recommend a dosage of about 5 g for 1 liter of milk in order to fully enjoy its aromas, as its diffusion in the liquid allows to reveal all its richness.

Hello Danièle. You chose the Lac Victoria vanilla which has a dry texture as we indicate in the product sheet.
