I am satisfied with my order as well as the delivery time. What I preferred was the black garlic with its subtle and delicate taste. I just regret that it is not organic. Yes, I would recommend you because I feel that you are a true professional, competent and obviously honest. See you soon.

Hello Gérard,
Thank you very much for your feedback! The Black Gold Pompona Vanilla "GRANDIOSE" truly lives up to its name: these are extraordinary pods, with really impressive dimensions. Depending on the harvests, their width and volume can indeed vary slightly, but they remain selected in this exceptional XXXL category.
We understand that the "wow" effect of the photo makes you want to find exactly the same pods in the bag. Nature always keeps a little bit of surprise!

The vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea blue mountain and the gourmet vanilla pods from Uganda are plump, whereas the pods from Uganda Lake Victoria have a dried appearance, I have not used them yet, let's see if the insides of the pods are well-filled, otherwise they are well packaged in their plastic pouches, to be stored in glass tubes for preservation.

Hello Benoît,
We understand your comment regarding the number of bags received. For these two references, the packaging in 25 g is clearly indicated on their product sheet before ordering. This format allows us to keep the products in good condition and to offer the desired quantities. However, we do take your comment about the practical aspect of several small bags into account.

Hello Marc,
Thank you for your order and your support.
Following the review you left us, I see that you were disappointed with the cashew nuts. They are neither roasted nor salted, which can leave a slight bitterness. As indicated on the product sheet of our site, it is recommended to lightly roast them to make their taste more pleasant.
To fully satisfy you, we are processing the refund of your bag. We hope this solution will bring you satisfaction and remain at your disposal for any advice or questions.

A huge thank you for your feedback, your support, your recommendations, and your loyalty!
At DavidVanille.com, we continue every day to develop our range and to embark on the discovery of new gems. Today, we explore over 75 producing countries and more than a hundred terroirs, each with its own story and uniqueness.
There are still so many flavors to discover to enhance your recipes! Each order allows us to continue this passion, to visit the plantations, and to share with you the most beautiful finds.
To thank you, a gift is offered with every order, and our newsletter subscribers benefit from a special offer with free shipping (limited-time offer).
With all our gratitude,
The David Vanille team
