First order and very disappointed because my order was incomplete, I am missing the 3 packets of vanilla pods, after calling to explain the problem, they did not want to send them to me even though it was paid for.

Madam,
After a thorough verification of the photos sent during the preparation of your order, as well as the recordings from our cameras (our workshop systematically films all preparations), we confirm that everything was in order.
When we asked you if the package was damaged, you replied that it was not. Therefore, we conclude that your order was correctly received in its entirety.
We regret that this situation occurred and believe it is preferable for you to turn to other suppliers in the future.
We wish you all the best.
Sincerely,
David

Top products at very competitive prices, attentive and efficient customer service (request for different delivery) and ultra-fast delivery. Three purchases in a short time, very satisfied, I now know where to find what I'm looking for.
