Perfect, careful packaging, quick response to a question by email after receiving my package. However, I think I didn't use the vanilla powder correctly as I was rather disappointed.

Order received very quickly. Excellent quality products. Quick and satisfactory response to a question, patient, qualified, passionate person. I recommend going to the site to all my acquaintances. I ordered several peppers. I have only tasted one so far, but I amazed friends with the very fragrant Timut pepper. Moreover, the spices are packaged in small quantities, which is appreciated for preservation. All good. Best regards.

So far, my orders have gone well. I haven't used all the products but I am satisfied with those I have already used.
The packaging is a bag that could be improved because it's not obvious to transfer spices like vanilla powder into your small containers. Depending on the powdered spice, a good part remains stuck to the bag or is retained by the closing 'clip'.
On the other hand, 3/5 because the navigation on the site needs to be reviewed. The promotion pop-up that appears after a few seconds on each page is really, really very annoying! I had already reported this during an order but nothing has changed.
From an IT point of view, it doesn't take 107 years to change this behavior. We had the ad once, that's enough! No need to see it appear on all the other pages. At most, display a small square or a discreet banner with the promo info but not a pop-up on every page.

Hello,
You are right and we are working on it with a new solution starting March 2024.
What seems simple is not always so obvious on certain modules ;-)
Thank you for your understanding.
Looking forward,
David
