On this day 6/03/23, I contacted customer service for a problem with macadamia nuts that are rancid despite a best before date of 31/12/2023.
After 2 emails and the incoherent and absurd responses that followed, I was in communication with a young lady who rejected me and refused to pass me to the manager to find an amicable agreement.
Fallacious arguments blaming the customer of course, and not the company.
I absolutely do not recommend this site because at the slightest problem, they decline all responsibility.

You purchased the macadamia nuts in July and stored them in your basement at 10°C (according to the explanations in your email). The nuts must be stored in a dry place, away from light and temperature changes.
