Hello Michèle, Thank you sincerely for your feedback. A shipment to Belgium from France costs €15.20 including tax/kg via post (2019 rates - simple colissimo without acknowledgment of receipt.) My rate via DHL Express is €7.90 including tax and FREE from €199. Logistics costs have increased a lot and I only pass on a small part of the real cost to my border clients. I really like certain parts of the site that clearly show the seller's passion and make you want to read everything. I like less the navigation as a buyer, I have trouble finding my bearings. I also like less the price fluctuations. We are sold a 20% discount on pre-order and a month later, without discount, it's cheaper than pre-order, discount included. And I regret the disappearance of other spices from the site.

Hello Laure, Thank you for your feedback. I have renegotiated all my prices with my vanilla collectors with a 'transparent' newsletter to inform my clients. To accurately meet my clients' needs, I have created a format of 10, 20, and 40 pods for Bourbon Gold vanilla from Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, Uganda and only offer vanilla in 500g format beyond that. Please note that spices will return in a few months. Expect to discover 'off the beaten path' spices starting in September. It was impossible to manage all the sourcing, sampling, importation, control, promotion, sales, and shipping in a 24-hour day at the beginning of this year.
