Hello Marion,
We are sorry that the vanilla did not meet your expectations. You had chosen a drier variety, which nonetheless has a beautiful aromatic range and pleases many customers. Since vanilla profiles are very different, their appreciation is also a matter of personal taste.

Very satisfied with my purchase. The vanilla is wonderful. The seasonings are very tasty, and the spices are exceptional. I will order again very soon. I recommend it with my eyes closed.
