Hello, the downgraded vanilla pods are pods with a high vanillin content. The split pods in the batch are by far the most interesting because they are pods picked in over-ripeness with higher vanillin content (vanilla nose). This same vanilla is the one used by all our aromatic and perfumer clients. It is found in perfumes from famous big brands, purchased for their aromatic quality. However, I think there was a mistake, because the delivery note (attached) states 'V120 pods of Black Ebony vanilla' twice, but I only received one bag, although I remember ordering two after the change. Moreover, I received two 'Rosemary' bags that I don't remember ordering because I already have plenty at home and I have fresh ones in a pot on the balcony. Deplorable service. Information taken before the order about potential benefits for new customers (stay away, there are none). The guy charges full shipping costs for sending orders, regardless of weight. Once the package was received, there was an error with the product expected from the order. He refunded me but it’s not what I wanted. I would have obviously preferred to receive the initially ordered item. Bad luck: I have to reorder and pay the shipping costs again... The gentleman indicates to me that it would not be profitable for him to pay them. I think that when a mistake is made, one should be humble and do everything possible to fulfill the initial order.
