Hello Danièle. You chose the Lac Victoria vanilla which has a dry texture as we indicate in the product sheet. Nevertheless, it is a vanilla with a beautiful aromatic amplitude with warm, caramelized, cocoa notes. Excellent for infusion to make good creams or flans. It is recommended to extract the seeds after infusion.
