The store consistently delivers on product quality and reliability, with many reviews highlighting well-packaged, carefully prepared spices and vanilla that meet or exceed expectations. Customers praise fast delivery, tracking, and the care taken in packaging, including thoughtful touches like little gifts and order photos. Positive experiences emphasize competitive prices, a wide and varied selection, and reliable follow-up, making repeat orders and recommendations common. Overall, shoppers describe satisfying purchases, repeated orders, and strong confidence in the site's offerings.
A laborious delivery, but well I eventually received it. Difficult contact to obtain. Repeated phone calls without being able to reach anyone. On the other hand, a good point is that I was called back by the manager. However, I never received any response to my emails. Nevertheless, there remains undeniable seriousness and a concern to satisfy the customer.

Vanilla pods downgraded, very very dry, no desire to recommend on their site and to advertise for them, to be avoided.
Translated reviews
Response from DavidVanille.com – Spice Hunter
Hello, Thank you for learning to read a description please before lynching a company: Although our downgraded vanilla pods may present splits, breaks, a small size, or a drier texture, their aromatic richness remains intact. They retain all the depth and subtlety of fine vanilla. To release their full power, simply rehydrate them gently in a bit of alcohol, milk, or an infusion of your choice. Once rehydrated, these pods will triple in volume, releasing exquisite notes of warm, enveloping, and elegant vanilla. The real advantage? An exceptional price that allows you to enjoy authentic pods while managing your budget. A treasure of indulgence at an unbeatable price. It continues further but if you have read this far, that's already pretty good. Best regards, David

Hello, I am happy with my order, the spices are very good, the only downside is that the vanilla does not have the taste I expected, maybe it's the category I chose... otherwise everything else is great.

Very good tracking. I even received a photo of the products before shipping. The packaging is neat. I think the box shouldn't have so much external advertising (risk of theft). I haven't tested everything yet but I'm happy with the vanilla.

I was happy to find a great offer for my large production of cookies to give this year and the reception was efficient and pleasant. Small downside: contamination of the vanilla caviar by sand but it will be fine for my personal consumption, for the cookies to distribute I made vanilla sugar with the ground pods.

Always very good quality products! So many flavors and choices! Bravo for your site! A small regret compared to previous orders: the containers are less practical! It's 'complicated' to keep them hermetically closed once opened without using bulky clips for storage. A small regret, therefore, at this level. But it's a detail.

Madam,
I lived for 5 years in Guadeloupe and let local businesses sell some of my references such as Mamie Christiane in Saint François on rue de la république.
At the same time, you did not receive an order and you give a rating of 1/5 because we do not ship to Guadeloupe. If we refuse an order, it is not to send only part of it to the island.

Hello,
Shipping CBD flowers to Malta is heavily regulated and restricted due to the country’s specific legal framework concerning cannabis and its derivatives. While Malta has legalized certain aspects of medical cannabis use, the importation and sale of CBD products, particularly flowers, remain tightly controlled. The Maltese authorities have placed stringent limits on the possession and distribution of CBD products, making it illegal to import or ship CBD flowers without special permits or authorizations.
Given these legal constraints, our company does not offer CBD products, including flowers, for delivery to Malta. We comply with all international laws and shipping regulations to ensure that our operations align with the legal standards of each destination country. We highly recommend that customers check local laws regarding CBD before placing any orders.
If you need further clarification or assistance, feel free to contact us. We're happy to provide more information.
Best regards,
David Vanille

It's a shame that it is necessary to order with a minimum purchase threshold

Quality vanilla, very well packaged, same for the pepper and salt, even if I find the packaging a bit impractical, one was poorly sealed. Otherwise, the products are perfect.
Thank you very much

Very good products.
But a major downside, for the multiple bags, which will make me hesitate to reorder. If I order a certain weight, I would like one bag (and not 4 bags of cocoa powder, or I don't remember how many for the teas I took), .. Too much waste for my taste. And it's a shame given the good quality of the received products.
