Thank you for your reply. 2 - Second request with courteous and quick responses: How can I revalidate my cart? I don’t have a link and I see that my order has been prepared? I am a bit lost... 3 - First order refunded urgently so that you can benefit from free shipping. Upon refund, you explain that you did not understand our email explaining to increase your cart to 69€ in order to have free shipping. 4 - Yes, I saw that but yesterday when including my code after signing up for the newsletter I also had another product included. Deplorable service. Information taken before the order about potential benefits for new customers (stay away, there are none). The guy charges full shipping costs for sending orders, regardless of weight. Once the package was received, there was an error with the product expected from the order. He refunded me but it’s not what I wanted. I would have obviously preferred to receive the initially ordered item. Bad luck: I have to reorder and pay the shipping costs again... The gentleman indicates to me that it would not be profitable for him to pay them. I think that when a mistake is made, one should be humble and do everything possible to fulfill the initial order. The gentleman tells me he has already given me gifts (with the samples you receive: 50g of salt, pepper, and curry) He indeed thinks he is generous by offering me these spices... which I am absolutely not interested in and that I was ready to return with the incorrectly delivered item. The package was never delivered to me and I therefore lost my entire order.
After several follow-ups and phone conversations with DavidVanille, nothing was proposed to me, neither by David himself nor by his Customer Support service... As a result, DavidVanille chooses to sacrifice customer satisfaction rather than take responsibility to the end!
This is the first time I encounter such a situation. I am personally disgusted to have been treated with so little consideration, knowing that this was not my first order...
This is unprecedented for me. To be avoided.

Hello, I was generally satisfied with my order, the vanilla is excellent, the pepper too. However, a bit disappointed, one of the sachets of Sumac ordered was open upon delivery (see attached photos) and had spilled in the box. By the way, do you know if I can still use it, or if I should throw away the rest of the sachet? Furthermore, the hermetic bags containing the vanilla are almost impossible to open with fingers, the closure is too hard and I have to use my teeth every time...! A bit unfortunate.

Hello David, your Madagascar vanilla is of very good quality and well packaged for delivery. At the risk of repeating myself, as I have already mentioned this to your customer service, it might be good to adjust the number of 280 pods per kilo to 260 which seems more accurate to me, knowing that the number of pods can vary.. then, I also mentioned that my second kilo purchased in April 2024 was not placed by the postman or the delivery person in the correct mailbox.. be careful, as one can encounter an dishonest person... which was not my case. This detail is important in my opinion. Best regards. Philippe currently in Canada ;-) NB the green tea announced was not included in either of my two ordered kilos...

Beautiful selection of spices with very specific notes outside of commercial ones. For us, it's a great find, we will return. Too bad we can't smell before, but it's also chance that sometimes makes us discover beautiful things.
The quality-price ratio is very correct.

Fast shipping, first order of several products but one product is not of good quality and ended up in the trash.

Good but... I expected more flavor in the smell in general and after use, perhaps also rethink the packaging! 8 plastic packages * 50g for an order of chia seeds and the same for the squash, as for the vanilla 10 packages also in hard plastic to have the totality!? it's a bit shocking for this kind of product and at a time when we are trying to be a bit more careful....thank you

The site is well made with plenty of information to know each ingredient. However, there are way too many tabs that pop up to warn about discounts and prevent us from placing our order as best as possible. However, the delivery times of the items are top! I recommend.

I really liked the vanilla pods, superb and very tasty.
I also appreciated the very aromatic garlic powder, even though I discovered it came from China...
Regarding the herbs, I was surprised that they do not come from France, I don't think I will recommend you...
However, your vanilla pods are really to be recommended even though I find the price to be considered... but it is so difficult to find this product in stores, so thank you and well done!
