Satisfied with my order, fast delivery, careful with tracking. The vanillas look great. The gifts offered (spices, cotton bag) are very nice. One point to change: the packaging for each of the spices, an alternative to plastic is surely possible.

I take away one star because I haven't tested the pods yet. The only downside I can see does not come from the quality of the products but from the delivery. The package arrived completely smashed. So it was redone by the post office. The products being well packaged, it had no impact. Fortunately, because it remains food.

The site is quite well done, accessible and detailed. Unfortunately, I cannot give my opinion on the ordered items since I did not receive the correct order, but a significant commercial gesture was made. I am therefore testing other products of which I am fully satisfied for the moment. Quality products properly packaged. During the coronavirus period, customer service was efficient.

Hello Sophie, Your initial order has been refunded. The order you received and that I GAVE you represents an amount of €166 while yours was €37.36 ;-) The ordered spices were not there but instead of 10 Bourbon Gold vanilla pods from Madagascar, you received, for example, 40. To minimize the risks of contagion and barrier gestures, this seemed to me to be the best solution. At the same time, to avoid making this mistake again, a new verification framework for my orders has been put in place. It is now impossible for this error to happen again. I sincerely thought my approach deserved a 5/5. Have a good week, Best regards, David

Remember to rate after a few months and not at reception. Just over 2 months after my order, my pods are starting to mold! They are perfectly preserved in perfectly sterilized glass tubes! As I have always done, I have pods from other sellers from 2016 still in perfect condition. After contacting the seller, he tells me it's my fault for not following his preservation advice! He gives me a link to his site where his preservation advice is either freezing (!!) or preserving in alcohol... You can verify it yourself!!! He himself does not trust the quality of his vanilla!

Sir, Once is not customary, I will take the bull by the horns! It is quite incredible that a customer comes to complain after not following my preservation advice. After explaining to me that you sterilized your glass tubes to tell me that it is my aging that is to blame, I wanted to show you that this is impossible. Therefore, I sent you my microbiological analyses, pesticides, and vanillin content of my batch by email. Upon reading these analyses, seeing that my pods are of exceptional quality, without germs, without pesticides, and with significant vanillin content, you still want to complain? Very well. If you do not follow my preservation advice, calling them

Very satisfied with this first order, I will reorder without hesitation. Package received within 2 days and well packaged, very satisfied on this point. I used the first pods to make vanilla ice cream, there was a nice vanilla scent upon opening the bag and the result, the ice cream was sufficiently flavored. I might take the larger size for the next order.

As for everything related to 'DAVID VANILLE': perfect, the delivery leaves something to be desired: appointment on Wednesday, delivery on Tuesday, when of course, we were not expecting it and therefore absent, package given to a neighbor without leaving a note in the mailbox, I had to go to the delivery site to see that they had left it with a neighbor... on Thursday.... But other than that, delighted with the quality of the spices! I will order again...

Hello Richard, Thank you sincerely for your feedback. The delivery via DHL express was received less than 24 hours after the order was sent. I contacted DHL Lyon to notify them of your comment after checking the tracking of your order. We apologize for this inconvenience that caused you to lose 2 days on the delivery date. Have a great day, Looking forward, David www.davidvanille.com
