The vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea blue mountain and the gourmet vanilla pods from Uganda are plump, whereas the pods from Uganda Lake Victoria have a dried appearance, I have not used them yet, let's see if the insides of the pods are well-filled, otherwise they are well packaged in their plastic pouches, to be stored in glass tubes for preservation.

I am satisfied. I chose different vanilla pods to see which one was the most fleshy. A bit disappointed compared to the photos presented. But, I am aware that in terms of price, it remains very reasonable. Thank you for the speed of the shipment and the way the pods were prepared, carefully.

I give 4 stars because for the price paid it is indeed very very good! But some pods are way too dry, hard, and unusable in their current state. I was disappointed in that. But looking back at my invoice, I can only admit that it is a good quality-price ratio!

I have taken vanilla in several forms and I am very satisfied with what I have been able to test. Neatly packaged, surprising and very original parcel, letter from David about his journey, feeling like a VIP... Honestly, very pleasantly surprised. Slight downside, I expected jar-sized containers and not bags, but I bought more practical containers in my opinion, but that may not be the case for everyone... I have already recommended the brand.

As indicated in the product description on our site, this vanilla is distinguished by its powerful aromatic notes, ideal for flavoring delicate preparations, especially when infused in milk to make desserts or creams. The pods are fine, elegant, and allow for the release of subtle aromas.
If you scroll down the product sheet, you will find all the additional information regarding this vanilla, including storage and usage tips.
For preparations requiring a fatter and softer vanilla, we recommend Madagascar Bourbon vanilla or Uganda Black Ebony vanilla. These pods have a more oily texture, a higher moisture content, and are softer, making it easier to extract the seeds.
Furthermore, regarding vanilla caviar, it is composed solely of vanilla seeds, while vanilla powder is obtained by completely grinding the pod. Vanillin is mainly found in the pod's shell, not just in the seeds, which explains the difference in aromatic strength between caviar and powder.
