Order arrived quickly, careful shipping. Everything was as expected. I haven't tasted or opened everything yet, but I can already say that the pepper I chose has an UNMATCHED aroma compared to everything you can find in stores.
As soon as I need herbs or spices, I won't hesitate to order again from David Vanilla. Thank you!

Perfect, very complete site with advice on the use of different spices and vanilla preservation. Plus unbeatable prices and crazy customer service, I've never seen so much care taken in the realization of orders (even sending photos of your completed order before shipping). I am at a total of orders in less than a year and I simply love it. Incredible discovery (of the site) but also of spices that I probably would never have tried if I hadn't stumbled upon your site. Thank you!

Hello, very disappointed with my order of downgraded vanilla which has neither taste nor smell.
I don't even know what to do with it.

Sir,
We are surprised by your feedback regarding our downgraded vanilla pods. Indeed, this product usually receives excellent evaluations from our customers, with a very high average rating, especially for its excellent value for money.
The downgraded vanilla, although presenting smaller or split pods as described in our description with many details, retains all its aromatic qualities.
If the bags have not been opened, we offer you to return them to the address on our labels for a full refund.
We are certain that other customers, familiar with the use of natural vanilla, will appreciate these pods at their true value.
Best regards
David
