I order regularly and normally everything goes well but this time the ordering process was complicated due to a product offered as part of a referral. I had to restart 3 times, and no gifts this time even though it was highlighted on the delivery note. Nevertheless, the order was perfect.

Hello, The 'Lac Victoria' Brown vanilla pods are dry vanillas, see the description please: Visual: The Brown vanilla is a dry vanilla pod compared to a Black Ebony vanilla from Uganda (moist). The pods may have some visual defects of over-ripeness (cracked) indicating a harvest at full maturity (late harvest). The pods double in volume after rehydration in your milk, sauce, or in a splash of alcohol. Origin: Brown vanilla pods, resulting from a long aging on the shores of Lake Victoria, just steps from the source of the Nile. https://www.davidvanille.com/fr/gousses-de-vanille/717-gousses-de-vanille-brune-lac-victoria-m.html Thank you for your understanding. Looking forward to it, David Vanilla

Deplorable service. Information taken before the order about potential benefits for new customers (stay away, there are none). The guy charges full shipping costs for sending orders, regardless of weight. Once the package was received, there was an error with the product expected from the order. He refunded me but it’s not what I wanted. I would have obviously preferred to receive the initially ordered item. Bad luck: I have to reorder and pay the shipping costs again... The gentleman indicates to me that it would not be profitable for him to pay them. I think that when a mistake is made, one should be humble and do everything possible to fulfill the initial order. The gentleman tells me he has already given me gifts (with the samples you receive: 50g of salt, pepper, and curry) He indeed thinks he is generous by offering me these spices... which I am absolutely not interested in and that I was ready to return with the incorrectly delivered item. When I pointed out that these

Short and kept deadlines, on the delivery side, everything is good. As for the products, I had fun tasting a bit of everything. I discovered peppers with flavors I didn't know and not necessarily spicy... it changes from what is sold in the aisles of our supermarkets, nothing to compare. On the tea side, the same, I took 5 or 6: Nice discoveries and a few disappointments for sure but the proposed quantities allow tasting without making unnecessary stock. Vanilla, same story: I confirm that not all are alike. I use them in pastry and for spiced rum and the cheaper ones are not the least tasty, beautiful quality of pods, well done! So, you will have understood, I am fully satisfied with my purchases and I continue. Now I am introducing it to my friends and family... Good gift idea! Thank you for this excellent quality/price ratio and A+

Perfect. Fast delivery time, very good packaging. The purchased products, for those already used, are of very good quality (spice herbal tea, vanilla, etc.) + a significant gift of 10 vanilla pods. Having made a mistake, the error was immediately corrected before shipping.

I found your site through a pastry friend and I am happy with the quality-price ratio. However, you should also sell tubes to keep them. Thank you for your site which is very pleasant and I recommend your site... (already done)

I am more than satisfied with my order. Having forgotten the combava and having sent an email asking how to add it to my order, I was surprised to find it in my package for free. I wanted to send you a message to thank you but I am having serious eye problems at the moment, I have a lot of trouble with screens, for my next order I will make a paper draft first. Your site was recommended to me by the RA enthusiasts and I acknowledge they are right, and I apologize for not responding to you sooner.
