Hello Ludovic. You have chosen different varieties of vanilla with a more or less dry texture, a more or less high humidity level.... All of this is well mentioned in the product sheet. It is not the appearance of the pod that determines its quality! I invite you to read the description of the products you personally chose and do not hesitate to come back to us for any advice.
