Hello Christophe,
Thank you for your loyalty! The freshness of our vanillas is particularly dear to us, just like the richness of their aromatic profiles. Each origin and each variety has its own notes, and that is what makes their discovery so exciting.
To explore them more easily, consider checking the summary at the bottom of our "Vanilla Pods" section: you will be able to compare their different aromatic notes and perhaps find your next favorite.

Hello Laurence,
Thank you for your feedback! Valerian is a root with quite marked aromatic characteristics, especially in terms of its smell, which can indeed surprise during the first tastings. Fortunately, you appreciated its taste!
And if you want to vary the pleasures, you will find at the bottom of the product sheet other ideas and ways to use it, perhaps discovering it in a different way.
