Very well-stocked site, could benefit from a few more filters to find my way more easily among all the different varieties.
This does not prevent it from being a very reliable site, fast and careful delivery.
Products conform to descriptions.

The vanilla is good and not too expensive. However, the pistachios are very average for the price, they are a bit soft as if they had absorbed moisture.

1st order received quickly despite the holiday delays. Careful shipping. Some vanilla packets did not contain the 10 pods expected. Pods of different sizes too.... I plan to order a second time to form a real opinion as the price remains affordable when taking advantage of promo codes. Do not take the downgraded pods which in my opinion are not very useful if you really bake except to bring a distant taste of vanilla.

Having placed a fairly substantial order, I could not find Sichuan pepper, lemongrass, and coriander powder.
Having requested an alert, Sichuan pepper is available again but just for that, I have to order for 20 euros to get free shipping.
From a commercial point of view, this is not very elegant... so I will buy it elsewhere.

The spices are good, however the latest packaging is no longer resealable and of lower quality, which is annoying... I like to test different blends and I don't have a box for each. So the bags spill. Moreover, the fact that there is a minimum order does not allow for restocking according to needs and forces to store. I would like to be able to buy a bag from time to time.

Hello,
You took our cheapest vanilla 10 pods at €4.99 and 100 at €39.99 only, the vanillin content of these pods is about 1.6%, the quality-price ratio is unbeatable.
See the description:
Aromatic: The Brown Vanilla stands out with warm notes, deeply vanilla and subtly cocoa. Its gourmet nose reveals a harmonious blend of ripe mirabelle and melting caramel, evoking a fruity sweetness and slightly spicy, with hints of undergrowth. With each use, it releases an aromatic complexity that enriches your creations, both sweet and savory.
Visual: Unlike the Black Ebony Vanilla from Uganda, which is more moist and fleshy, the Brown Vanilla has a dry texture. Its pods, sometimes marked by cracks and natural imperfections, are witnesses of a harvest at full maturity, comparable to a late harvest. These slight visual defects indicate the concentrated richness of its aromas. Once rehydrated in milk, a sauce, or even an alcohol, the pod doubles in volume and releases all its aromatic essence, transforming your preparations into true culinary masterpieces.
Best regards,
David

Hello,
- 2nd order of Madagascar vanilla (1st in 2023, disappointed by the little taste)
- took a batch of 10 in 2024 with Muscovado sugar and coconut flower, to try to make homemade vanilla extract. Better, but I would like to know which vanilla pod is the most fragrant, to make this extract? The ones I take are quite thin and not fleshy.... Followed Christelle's tutorial on Youtube, "once upon a time in pastry" Alcohol-free vanilla extract.

A laborious delivery, but well I eventually received it. Difficult contact to obtain. Repeated phone calls without being able to reach anyone. On the other hand, a good point is that I was called back by the manager. However, I never received any response to my emails. Nevertheless, there remains undeniable seriousness and a concern to satisfy the customer.

Hello, I am happy with my order, the spices are very good, the only downside is that the vanilla does not have the taste I expected, maybe it's the category I chose... otherwise everything else is great.

Spices of good quality. However, customer service does not bother to respond to emails sent. The packaging for some items is not suitable, for example, 10 small packets of 20g for an order of 200g.

Hello, I just checked and have not received any email from you regarding customer service via www.davidvanille.com and by email at [email protected] Where did you send your request please? The packaging is clearly displayed on each product sheet in the packaging section with packaging logo. Best regards, David
