The spices are good, however the latest packaging is no longer resealable and of lower quality, which is annoying... I like to test different blends and I don't have a box for each. So the bags spill. Moreover, the fact that there is a minimum order does not allow for restocking according to needs and forces to store. I would like to be able to buy a bag from time to time.

Hello,
- 2nd order of Madagascar vanilla (1st in 2023, disappointed by the little taste)
- took a batch of 10 in 2024 with Muscovado sugar and coconut flower, to try to make homemade vanilla extract. Better, but I would like to know which vanilla pod is the most fragrant, to make this extract? The ones I take are quite thin and not fleshy.... Followed Christelle's tutorial on Youtube, "once upon a time in pastry" Alcohol-free vanilla extract.

A laborious delivery, but well I eventually received it. Difficult contact to obtain. Repeated phone calls without being able to reach anyone. On the other hand, a good point is that I was called back by the manager. However, I never received any response to my emails. Nevertheless, there remains undeniable seriousness and a concern to satisfy the customer.

How to compare a planifolia variety and its aromatic to a Tahitensis Moore vanilla? Hello, I received my order with pleasure that I ordered from 'David Vanille'. However, I think there was a mistake, because the delivery note (attached) states 'V120 pods of Black Ebony vanilla' twice, but I only received one bag, although I remember ordering two after the change. Moreover, I received two 'Rosemary' bags that I don't remember ordering because I already have plenty at home and I have fresh ones in a pot on the balcony. I would lean towards a computer error regarding the actual choice of the cart and its editing after correction by adding or removing products. Best regards.

Fast shipping and products meet my expectations (2 Tahiti pods very good quality and 25g Green Anise not tested yet). The negative point is the packaging not very eco-friendly (big box for a mini order and a lot of plastic (2 large bags for 2 pods, it's a shame not to put 2 in one)

We checked your orders and saw that this pistachio order was from a year ago. You placed another order recently. We reread your email and it was marked almonds while in your review you now say 'pistachios'.. We also did the same with our almond supplier who uses the same sorting techniques.
