Very good tracking. I even received a photo of the products before shipping. The packaging is neat. I think the box shouldn't have so much external advertising (risk of theft). I haven't tested everything yet but I'm happy with the vanilla.

Hello, We also sell Tahitian vanilla, Grand Cru Black Pearl, Tahitensis Moore variety (islands under the wind: Tahaa, Raiatea, Huahiné). How to compare a planifolia variety and its aromatic to a Tahitensis Moore vanilla? It is obvious that the aromatic is not the same, just read all our advice here: https://www.davidvanille.com/fr/content/12-quelle-vanille-choisir It's like saying, I don't like wine, I prefer water. Why not, but the base is mineral, the other is that of a fruit. Thank you for your understanding, Best regards, David

I was happy to find a great offer for my large production of cookies to give this year and the reception was efficient and pleasant. Small downside: contamination of the vanilla caviar by sand but it will be fine for my personal consumption, for the cookies to distribute I made vanilla sugar with the ground pods.

Always very good quality products! So many flavors and choices! Bravo for your site! A small regret compared to previous orders: the containers are less practical! It's 'complicated' to keep them hermetically closed once opened without using bulky clips for storage. A small regret, therefore, at this level. But it's a detail.

Hello, I received my order with pleasure that I ordered from 'David Vanille'. However, I think there was a mistake, because the delivery note (attached) states 'V120 pods of Black Ebony vanilla' twice, but I only received one bag, although I remember ordering two after the change. Moreover, I received two 'Rosemary' bags that I don't remember ordering because I already have plenty at home and I have fresh ones in a pot on the balcony. I would lean towards a computer error regarding the actual choice of the cart and its editing after correction by adding or removing products. Best regards.

Hello, I just checked the order and the shipping photo where there are indeed 2 vanilla bags and 2 rosemary. The first Rosemary was the gift of the week, the second was added to the order. There is no quantity addition to our customers' cart. For the black ebony vanilla, you ordered 20 pods which are sent in 2 packages of 10 pods. The photo of the shipment of your order was sent to you by email. Our customer service can be reached at 03 74 47 00 17. Thank you in advance, Best regards, David Vanille

Hello, We have checked all our batch in bags and did not have this problem. We contacted our partner who is equipped with a stone and metal detector. We checked your orders and saw that this pistachio order was from a year ago. You placed another order recently. We reread your email and it was marked almonds while in your review you now say 'pistachios'.. We also did the same with our almond supplier who uses the same sorting techniques. Could you please send us photos of your stone to forward to our partners? Best regards, David

Hello,
You have purchased brown vanilla (dry) "Lake Victoria", it is written on the sheet in the first description:
Visual: Brown vanilla is a dry vanilla pod compared to a black ebony vanilla from Uganda (wet). The pods may have some visual defects of overripeness (cracked) indicating a harvest at full maturity (late harvest). The pods double in volume after rehydration in your milk, your sauce, or in a base of alcohol.
Origin: Brown vanilla pods, resulting from a long aging on the shores of Lake Victoria, just a few steps from the source of the Nile.
Your rating is not correct.

It's a shame that it is necessary to order with a minimum purchase threshold

Quality vanilla, very well packaged, same for the pepper and salt, even if I find the packaging a bit impractical, one was poorly sealed. Otherwise, the products are perfect.
Thank you very much
