The tea packaging is not practical at all. Previously, the bags were resealable, now an order of 100g of tea is dispatched in 4 bags that cannot be preserved once opened. The vanilla has no taste, I am very disappointed, I don't think I will order again.

Hello Marie-Christine, We have created new tasting formats of 20g or 25g depending on the references. When sending 100g, we send 4 bags based on 25g. The price of packaging has tripled in 3 years, we wanted to simplify it so that it is recyclable, airtight, and always meets food standards. The result is that we can offer teas at very attractive prices so that our customers can discover our collection. The red vanilla pods are dry vanilla pods that need to be rehydrated to develop their aromas. This same vanilla represents 90% of the world's vanilla sales (clients such as flavorists, ice cream makers, etc.) We will soon offer glass packaging so that our customers can have a choice. Thank you sincerely for your feedback. We will always have our historical doypack bags for our vanilla pods and our premium products but we have to simplify the bags as it is impossible to accept price increases.
If necessary, we would have had to significantly raise our prices and our customers, although loyal, would not have been able to continue to support us.
At the same time, to accompany this choice, we will soon offer attractive jars or gifts to store my selections in your kitchen.
