Following my order of vanilla from Uganda and Papua, I found the one from Uganda larger than the one from Papua even though it was given as size L otherwise I found some pods really smaller and shabby a bit disappointed with this order. Usually I order more of the bourbon which is really top ... Otherwise I still recommend the site because David and his team are attentive and I think love their job Thank you all

I had a small problem connecting to your site because my password was not recognized and it was impossible to change it with my usual email address. I had to use another address and everything went back to normal. This simply delayed the delivery by a few days but for me, it was not bothersome. After that, the delivery went very well.

It is the fats from the vanilla that rise when the vanilla is stored in the cold (in our workshop) and shipped.
When you run your finger over it or in front of a heat source, the essential oil and fat pearls (20% of the vanilla, see Wikipedia, etc...) melt.
This is a sign of excellent quality vanilla, quite rare to find in stores and fine grocery stores.
A simple call to our customer service would have allowed you to verify.

This note does not target the quality of the vanilla pods. But it targets the slowness of delivery to Belgium (+15 days). I am not sure I will order again. This being my 2nd order and the first was also long. Not to mention that I did not receive the pod in time, so I had to make a purchase in a store. In short, delivery time to be reviewed. But beautiful pods upon receipt. I almost forgot, surprise in the box. Thank you.

Hello, I am disappointed with the batch of 10 vanilla pods, I received 5 good and 5 less well filled, well for me it is commercial technique, I will order more, however the 2 other individual pods, outside of batches, are correct the vanilla smell is there and found in my vanilla ganache.

Hello, Your pods were the same size and from the same batch. Commercial technique? What a human folly to read this kind of review. Do you think I am Mother Nature and that a pod of the same caliber and from the same batch has fewer grains? It is simply erroneous. The water content does not determine the quality of a pod and of the same size, a pod with the same number of grains... As for the vanilla from Sri Lanka, when we receive pods over 17cm and call that 'correct', it's a joke, especially in terms of quality/price at which we offer it... Good Winds,

Easy-to-access site well explained, fast and attentive delivery, very practical packaging for preserving the pods, sober and the reminder of the notes on the types of vanilla is very appreciated depending on the desired use. A small downside on one of my packages of red bourbon vanilla gold medal 10 pods that I do not find at all soft to the touch through the packaging unlike the other ordered bags. I will send you my opinion on the pods after use and tasting

This is not the first time I order from David Vanille and I am not disappointed, the products are of quality and always well packaged, maybe even a bit too much I think, the over-packaging could be reduced by grouping identical pods or using more suitable packaging for the pods alone in a huge empty bag.
