A 2kg bag of coconut sugar arrived torn, I contacted Davidvanille who never got back to me. I am surprised. The products are of quality but this lack of attention is surprising.

User-friendly site, fast delivery time, well-packaged products. Just a bit disappointed, I placed an order of 70€ and I didn't get a small gift while my son just ordered vanilla pods and he received a reusable packaging bag as a gift.

The 10 vanilla pods plus 10 vanilla pods were much smaller than 20 vanilla pods plus 20 vanilla pods. Not satisfied with this size.

We have included dry vanilla pods +10cm as planned in your order.
Some are 16-17cm and others 12-13cm, it's true. If everything was in 10cm, it would have been uniform but of lesser quality.
