The Tahitensis Vanilla from Ecuador S is indeed a vanilla with a low moisture content (18 to 25%), as indicated in its description. Its texture is therefore naturally drier and may seem more brittle.
On the other hand, it reveals after infusion a very beautiful aromatic palette, with delicate fruity and floral notes that embody the character of this wild and rare vanilla.

First perfect order. Second order, one product is missing, yet the quantities on the order form are correct and well marked. But I won't see well enough, the packaging and the ten vanilla pods would be between the tissue paper and the cardboard. A mistake is quite possible, but strangely no more response.

I was satisfied overall but a bit disappointed regarding the XL bourbon vanilla. Indeed, upon opening I found the pods a bit "dry" and lacking in fragrance. I have not used them yet. I hope to find the aromas during my preparations.

The vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea blue mountain and the gourmet vanilla pods from Uganda are plump, whereas the pods from Uganda Lake Victoria have a dried appearance, I have not used them yet, let's see if the insides of the pods are well-filled, otherwise they are well packaged in their plastic pouches, to be stored in glass tubes for preservation.

I give 4 stars because for the price paid it is indeed very very good! But some pods are way too dry, hard, and unusable in their current state. I was disappointed in that. But looking back at my invoice, I can only admit that it is a good quality-price ratio!
