The store consistently delivers on product quality and reliability, with many reviews highlighting well-packaged, carefully prepared spices and vanilla that meet or exceed expectations. Customers praise fast delivery, tracking, and the care taken in packaging, including thoughtful touches like little gifts and order photos. Positive experiences emphasize competitive prices, a wide and varied selection, and reliable follow-up, making repeat orders and recommendations common. Overall, shoppers describe satisfying purchases, repeated orders, and strong confidence in the site's offerings.
First perfect order. Second order, one product is missing, yet the quantities on the order form are correct and well marked. But I won't see well enough, the packaging and the ten vanilla pods would be between the tissue paper and the cardboard. A mistake is quite possible, but strangely no more response.

Hello Mélodie, We checked the preparation of your order and all the products were indeed present. We advised you to check under the flaps of the cardboard or in the wrapping paper, as the bags can slip in there. We have not received any feedback from you after our previous message.

I was satisfied overall but a bit disappointed regarding the XL bourbon vanilla. Indeed, upon opening I found the pods a bit "dry" and lacking in fragrance. I have not used them yet. I hope to find the aromas during my preparations.

Hello Gérard,
Thank you very much for your feedback! The Black Gold Pompona Vanilla "GRANDIOSE" truly lives up to its name: these are extraordinary pods, with really impressive dimensions. Depending on the harvests, their width and volume can indeed vary slightly, but they remain selected in this exceptional XXXL category.
We understand that the "wow" effect of the photo makes you want to find exactly the same pods in the bag. Nature always keeps a little bit of surprise!

Hello Jessica,
Thank you very much for your order and for your message.
The Lac Victoria vanilla is a naturally dry vanilla, as indicated in the product description on our site. This particularity gives it several qualities that we particularly appreciate at David Vanille: it offers an intense and concentrated aroma and a firm texture, and we are convinced that you will not be disappointed with this product.
These pods can be rehydrated in a jar with a splash of rum or used directly in your preparations for infusion.
We hope you will enjoy using them.

Hello Annick,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
You have chosen two varieties of vanilla that have a naturally reduced moisture content. It is also clearly indicated in the description of each product that these are vanillas with a dry texture.
These vanillas are particularly suited for infusion to make delicious creams, ice creams, rice pudding, or other desserts, where they reveal all their aromatic richness.
Each variety of vanilla has its own characteristics. It is therefore important to choose it according to the intended use.
We remain at your disposal to assist you in your choices.

Good products but I did not receive the free vanilla pods announced as a gift in my order. A refund of an equivalent amount was made (thank you) but I would have preferred to receive the free vanilla pods.

Hello Catherine,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and highlight the quality of our products.
We are sincerely sorry for this oversight during the preparation of your order. Our packages are prepared manually, and unfortunately, an error can occur.
As it was a complimentary sachet, we preferred to proceed with a refund of its value rather than incur higher shipping costs than the value of the gift.
Looking forward,
The DavidVanille.com team
