Very happy with the products, fast delivery.
The only downside is the packaging... I ordered pepper and vanilla, I only received small bags (at least 30 or 40 small bags...!) whereas for these products, different sizes are offered (25, 50, 100, 250).

On the order tracking part, it is less intuitive.

Nothing to say regarding the order process or the quality of the products. But, for the second time in a row, the package was not delivered to the agreed location! Mondial Relay does not offer the option 'wait for the chosen relay point to be available'. Summary of the operation: order placed on June 6, delivered on the 17th, which made me lose an hour and six euros in public transport! I fear this was my last order with David Vanille.

Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect.

Clear intuitive site

Great products, received quickly and well packaged. The only downside is that the loose tea bags are too small. They used to be bigger and it was better. The bags were resealable and we had time to fully enjoy them. I regret that there are fewer and fewer resealable bags. It was really practical.

The site is clear, pleasant, and inviting. The preparation and shipping are careful, fast, and the sending of a photo of the package preparation is very appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the products, although at interesting prices and appealing due to promotions, leaves something to be desired from my point of view, but may suit other less demanding consumers.

Poor description of the infusion

The pods are of very good quality except for those from Uganda Victoria. They are very dry but otherwise very good.

Order easy to place. Easy payment. Delivery very well packaged in a nice box.

Receive the tea in a single bag corresponding to the order. For example, for a 100g order, one 100g bag avoids waste of packaging and takes up less space for storage.

For certain products, the packaging is small when ordering a larger quantity for 100g, 4 or 5 packets is bulky.

More teas and coffees, less infusions.

Navigation quite simple. I easily found what I was looking for, especially the very useful storage tips when buying in large quantities.

Taste and appearance different from the image and the promise of taste

As for the products, they are top-notch! The only downside is the packaging, the bags are not resealable and I don't have enough glass containers to store everything

If you are still hesitant, don't be, go for it with your eyes closed.
A customer for 4 years, I have never been disappointed, neither by the quality of the products, nor by their price, nor by the delivery which is always so fast and reliable.

The vanilla is of good quality.
The fine herbs are of good quality.
However, the ginger offered is quite mediocre.

Perfect: The navigation is easy. Well compartmentalized so that we can discover or search for products with, in addition, sorting or filters... Moreover, for each product: precise explanations and often recipe ideas. Fast delivery, well packaged and protected products... packaging in several minimum 'doses' is very practical.

Everything was perfect except the quantity I received 900g of downgraded vanilla instead of 1kg of downgraded vanilla

You weigh as a professional or individual a water content. At our level, in the importation of vanilla, after years in the industry, here are the most important points: - Vanillin content (main molecule for purely vanilla notes) - Associated aromatic amplitude On this batch: Main Notes: Vanilla, Red Fruits (Raspberries, Currants), Forest Fruits (Blackberries, Blueberries) Heart Notes: Slightly woody, Very candied. - Harvest period - Lot aging, compliance with the specifications specific to each importer (here, long traditional aging as in the past). - Nutrients from the soil from which the pods come, indigenous terroir, type of cultivation (shade, agroforestry, intensive...) - Final result in the creations of our chef and individual clients. Finally, the vanilla that the industry buys to create vanilla extract is only split or unsplit vanilla extraction. Like us, it focuses on the quality of the batch and not on the visual. Delivery OK disappointing vanilla gift

The vanilla pieces are not particularly tasty, they are very hard. I tried to chew a piece because I like it, but it's tough. Pepper ok, ginger ok, mild curry... not so mild after all.

I received my order well, products always packaged in sealed individual bags but, unlike my previous orders, these are not resealable and I find that very unfortunate because I have to transfer everything into boxes with the loss of spices that this entails... I am not sure I will continue to buy on this site, despite the choice and quality of the products due to the packaging. Best regards

Nothing to report, except for the poor work of the GLS carrier... Package delivered to another relay point, returned to the sender, re-shipped (to home this time). It was therefore very long!

Quality products at very reasonable prices, however, a big downside on the packaging... I ordered 200g of several products and each time I received 10 individual bags of 20g... having at least 100g bags would help limit plastic use!
