The vanilla pods are magnificent: plump, flexible, very fragrant, and with truly deep aromas. You can immediately feel the difference with the classic commercial vanillas. I also greatly appreciate the diversity offered: different origins of vanilla, spices, peppers, salts, saffron... You discover real character products and want to test everything! The descriptions are clear, the products are carefully packaged, and the quality/price ratio is excellent given the quality. Special mention for the vanillas with very different aromatic profiles depending on their origin: it is a real pleasure to use them in pastry, in creams, infusions, or even in savory recipes. David Vanille has become an essential reference for me. You can feel a true passion for beautiful products and taste behind the shop. I recommend without any hesitation to all those who love to cook with quality ingredients. An address that I will keep precious and where I will order very often again.

Regarding their size, not all vanillas have the same size or texture. The choice can also be made according to the humidity level and the aromatic notes sought: a drier vanilla will be particularly suitable for infusion, while a moister vanilla will be easier to split to recover the seeds.
