Hello David, Thank you for your message. I am happy to share my opinion regarding my recent order on your site Davidvanille.com. What rating would you give to your customer experience at Davidvanille.com? I give you five stars without hesitation. The order went smoothly, the package was prepared with care, and the exchange was warm and personal. Your attention to detail and your passion for spices really show. Are you satisfied with the quality of my spices, vanilla pods, and teas? Absolutely. The products are very fragrant, fresh, and intense in flavor. Your vanilla is truly exceptional - supple, generous, and very aromatic. I can't wait to continue cooking and baking with it. Is there a spice you would like to find on www.DavidVanille.com? Not necessarily a spice to add, but rather a reflection: Your Ceylon cinnamon from Madagascar intrigues me a lot - the description with notes of sweet orange, satsuma mandarin, and honey is very enticing. Even with the current reduction, it remains quite an expensive product for me, especially compared to La Notenshop. Maybe I will be tempted next time, as a little luxury. I also want to highlight a gesture that I really appreciate: the fact of now offering free shipping to anyone subscribed to your newsletter. Previously, the threshold was quite high, so this decision makes your products much more accessible. Thank you for this beautiful initiative. Best regards, Sandra Dejonghe

The site is clear, pleasant, and inviting. The preparation and shipping are careful, fast, and the sending of a photo of the package preparation is very appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the products, although at interesting prices and appealing due to promotions, leaves something to be desired from my point of view, but may suit other less demanding consumers.
