The products are of very good quality and well packaged, the customer service responds quickly and seeks answers to our questions. The only downside I see is the conversion of rewards into vouchers. The validity period of the voucher is so short that you have to order right away to not miss the vouchers.

Hello, Thank you sincerely for your feedback. The vouchers are only valid for 7 days when you generate the voucher ;-) You can place an order, come back in 2 months, and generate your voucher at that time to take advantage of it (it will then be valid for 7 days). 2nd order already, I will come back, that's for sure... The Tonka, the peppers, and the vanillas received have all become essentials in my kitchen :) We all enjoy them :) Yum :) Thank you David :) Excellent after-sales service as well (the carrier had totally messed up). Thank you Nadine :)
