Hello,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the clarity of our site davidvanille.com. To improve our service as best as possible, could you please specify more specifically the points that you feel lack clarity?
For example:
Did you encounter any particular difficulties in navigating between our different categories of spices?
Are there any missing information about the origin or use of certain products?
Does the presentation of the characteristics of our spices seem detailed enough to you?
Does the ordering process seem intuitive enough to you?
Your concrete examples will allow us to make the necessary improvements to make your experience more pleasant on our site.
I remain at your complete disposal to discuss these points in more detail.

Perfect, very complete site with advice on the use of different spices and vanilla preservation. Plus unbeatable prices and crazy customer service, I've never seen so much care taken in the realization of orders (even sending photos of your completed order before shipping). I am at a total of orders in less than a year and I simply love it. Incredible discovery (of the site) but also of spices that I probably would never have tried if I hadn't stumbled upon your site. Great site.
Beautiful order received on time. BEAUTIFUL products! (I haven't tried everything yet but the vanilla is intoxicating!
A little personal advice; Your packaging is superb but the shipping box (also beautiful) might attract the attention of the delivery people... You should perhaps consider a more discreet box for shipments to avoid potential diversions.

Excellent, as always, the order is processed very quickly, the photo added to the tracking email is always a pleasure (even though I would love for the resolution to be significantly higher), the order is always clean and sent in protective packaging, which is really a plus, satisfied, at least.
