The spices and vanilla are of quality. However, the delivery was not simple. GLS changed my delivery location without notifying me and the package had been opened (fortunately nothing was missing).

Dear customer, We thank you for your positive feedback on the quality of our spices and vanilla. Your satisfaction on this point is essential for us. Regarding the inconveniences encountered during delivery, we completely share your dissatisfaction. The change of delivery location without notice and the condition of the package upon receipt do not meet our service standards at all. That is why we are pleased to inform you that starting from early April, we are changing our delivery provider to guarantee you a more reliable service that respects your delivery choices. This decision was made precisely to avoid this type of inconvenience in the future. We thank you for pointing out these issues which reinforce our decision to change. If you have any questions about our new delivery services, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, David

No need to limit quantities in pastries due to the prohibitive prices charged by other sellers. You can indulge without restriction. I recommend this site without reservation.

Discovered this site through a pastry recipe and really not disappointed. Very well-designed site, very responsive customer service, and top order tracking. Impeccable product quality and careful and fast shipping (in a very nice box too! Nothing to say, I recommend with my eyes closed!

A bit disappointed with the quality, especially the so-called gift which seems to be more of a way to get rid of a batch of moldy vanilla. (see the photo)

Sir,
It concerns the essential oils and fats (about 20% of our pods) that have solidified with the cold. This is a sign of excellent quality of our aging. If you pass the heat of a hairdryer or in front of a heat source to these pods, they will melt.
At room temperature, the result will be the same but will take a few hours before disappearing.
In no case is it mold. A 3/5 review is unjustified, especially with free delivery as well. This does not encourage giving gifts and offering delivery. We will surely revise it.
Best regards.
