Very satisfied with my first basket at David Vanilla. The vanilla pods are simply exquisite and retain a very good flavor in their sachet, the same goes for the tonka beans. I also indulged in the different varieties of black tea. Very pleased with their taste, we enjoy traveling through the taste buds! Very professional artisan, well-packaged parcel. I highly recommend!

A small hiccup with Mondial Relay completely independent of David Vanilla's will, who managed the shipment very quickly with a text message and photos of my order. I called to ask them to make a complaint to Mondial Relay to support my claim. He immediately took matters into his own hands and sent me a new shipment via DHL the same day!!
