Hello Christophe,

Thank you for your loyalty! The freshness of our vanillas is particularly dear to us, just like the richness of their aromatic profiles. Each origin and each variety has its own notes, and that is what makes their discovery so exciting.

To explore them more easily, consider checking the summary at the bottom of our "Vanilla Pods" section: you will be able to compare their different aromatic notes and perhaps find your next favorite.

Hello Laurence,

Thank you for your feedback! Valerian is a root with quite marked aromatic characteristics, especially in terms of its smell, which can indeed surprise during the first tastings. Fortunately, you appreciated its taste!

And if you want to vary the pleasures, you will find at the bottom of the product sheet other ideas and ways to use it, perhaps discovering it in a different way.

Looking forward,
The team at davidvanille.com

Hello Cécile,

Thank you for your feedback. The choice of vanilla depends on several criteria: its moisture content, texture, variety, aromatic notes, and especially the intended use, whether for infusion or to extract the beans. You had chosen our Bourbon Rouge, a naturally dry vanilla, particularly suited for infusion. For a more fleshy and moist vanilla, we recommend the Bourbon Gold.
All our vanillas are carefully selected for their quality, but each has its own characteristics. We remain at your disposal to guide you in your choice!

Hello Christelle,

Thank you for your feedback. The Lac Victoria is a naturally dry vanilla, with a low humidity level, as indicated in its description. It is indeed ideal for infusion to reveal its beautiful warm, vanilla, and cocoa notes. For more information about vanilla, we invite you to check the section "All about vanilla" on our website.

Best regards,
