Simple but effective

It's a shame that it is necessary to order with a minimum purchase threshold

Quality vanilla, very well packaged, same for the pepper and salt, even if I find the packaging a bit impractical, one was poorly sealed. Otherwise, the products are perfect.

Very good products.
But a major downside, for the multiple bags, which will make me hesitate to reorder. If I order a certain weight, I would like one bag (and not 4 bags of cocoa powder, or I don't remember how many for the teas I took), .. Too much waste for my taste. And it's a shame given the good quality of the received products.

Great but not always updated

The vanilla is good but I only received 90 instead of a hundred, in the shipping photo there are only 9 bags, I complained but so far no news

Very disappointed with the black ebony vanilla, nothing to do with the photos on your site and the publicity that JustinCooking does on his channel, the pods were not black or fleshy or shiny, they were flat and dry with not many seeds inside and the chopped dates had no taste

Order delivered without issues, arrived ahead of the expected time. Haven't tested all the ordered products yet, but those tested are excellent. I recommend the vanilla.

Perfect responsiveness for the shipment of my order. The vanilla pods seem very nice, but I haven't had the opportunity to use them yet. The pepper is perfect to my taste, as well as the herbs de Provence.

Navigation on the site is simple and smooth but the responsive version is not as practical. Regarding the delivery, it was perfect! Impeccable order tracking, fast deadlines respected, really delighted with this professionalism!

I am satisfied: easy navigation on the site, frequent and interesting promotions, respected order and fast delivery. Small gap: when you ask for a review on an item, the meaning of the stars does not include the mention 'Not yet tasted'. How then to give a serious opinion.

I have nothing to say about this vanilla. I have already made 2 recipes with it and I find it perfect.

However, I took advantage of an offer on vanilla beans that have little (or no) taste, it's a product mainly for visual appeal but the description was not clear, rather ambiguous, I am disappointed, I wouldn't have ordered it or not as much if the product had been well described.
It's a shame because I was satisfied with previous orders and am now a bit wary...
