Nothing to report for the site

Hello, I was generally satisfied with my order, the vanilla is excellent, the pepper too. However, a bit disappointed, one of the sachets of Sumac ordered was open upon delivery (see attached photos) and had spilled in the box. By the way, do you know if I can still use it, or if I should throw away the rest of the sachet? Furthermore, the hermetic bags containing the vanilla are almost impossible to open with fingers, the closure is too hard and I have to use my teeth every time...! A bit unfortunate.

Hello David, your Madagascar vanilla is of very good quality and well packaged for delivery. At the risk of repeating myself, as I have already mentioned this to your customer service, it might be good to adjust the number of 280 pods per kilo to 260 which seems more accurate to me, knowing that the number of pods can vary.. then, I also mentioned that my second kilo purchased in April 2024 was not placed by the postman or the delivery person in the correct mailbox.. be careful, as one can encounter an dishonest person... which was not my case. Beautiful selection of spices with very specific notes outside of commercial ones. For us, it's a great find, we will return. Too bad we can't smell before, but it's also chance that sometimes makes us discover beautiful things.
The quality-price ratio is very correct.

I regularly order vanilla as I am a passionate pastry chef. I often test different suppliers and I came across Davie Vanilla. I ordered various products pods, extract, and powder and I am quite disappointed. little aroma comes out of the products. Maybe I got a bad batch?! Over 70€ of products.. I will not reorder.

Fast shipping, first order of several products but one product is not of good quality and ended up in the trash.

Good but... I expected more flavor in the smell in general and after use, perhaps also rethink the packaging! 8 plastic packages * 50g for an order of chia seeds and the same for the squash, as for the vanilla 10 packages also in hard plastic to have the totality!? it's a bit shocking for this kind of product and at a time when we are trying to be a bit more careful....thank you

No contact with customer service who didn't even get back to me. My referral code didn't work, I was told to wait to order, but the promotions were ending that same evening, so I ordered without my referral code. I sent an email of dissatisfaction and was replied with 'too bad for you' basically... not even a commercial gesture, not even a vanilla pod as compensation or anything. I am very disappointed and now I will order my vanilla elsewhere. Too disappointed with customer service

Generally excellent site.. Reasonable quality/price ratio.. Careful and fast delivery

The site is well made with plenty of information to know each ingredient. However, there are way too many tabs that pop up to warn about discounts and prevent us from placing our order as best as possible. However, the delivery times of the items are top! I recommend.

I also appreciated the very aromatic garlic powder, even though I discovered it came from China...
Regarding the herbs, I was surprised that they do not come from France, I don't think I will recommend you...
However, your vanilla pods are really to be recommended even though I find the price to be considered... but it is so difficult to find this product in stores, so thank you and well done!

This time I am disappointed, I ordered 10 saffron pistils and was told there was a stock shortage. I immediately made myself known and was refunded. How can there be a shortage when the order is validated and paid for? Moreover, I incurred shipping costs for two (I had made a large order at the beginning of January) items that I had taken as an accompaniment and which I did not need immediately.

I have been ordering here for several years. The items are always of very good quality and the customer service is very good. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the new way of packaging the products. Indeed, before everything was packaged in hermetically resealable bags which was very practical. Today, for 200g of a spice purchased, for example, you receive 10 mini bags of 20g to cut with scissors. I hope you will return to the old method. Best regards.

Order of spices was perfect.
Order of "Lake Victoria" vanilla pods of very poor quality. The pods are small, very sparsely filled, and extremely dry... I am totally disappointed... I had ordered with a promo code from a YouTuber and I won’t make the mistake of ordering vanilla again.

Vanilla received quickly. Good cheap price. But pods are very dry. Must put them in a large jar with a bit of liquid (rum) to rehydrate the vanilla and give it some flavor. A bit disappointed.

First order on the site and everything went well. Fast delivery. Happy with the purchased products. I will order again without any problem.
