The explanations about the products are detailed and clear, the navigation did not seem complicated to me (mobile navigation), in the dropdown menu, in the category "Spices and Aromatics", possibly add subcategories like "condiments, herbs, and spices" to facilitate the search if you want something specific, it is not necessary to scroll through all the items in the category "Spices and Aromatics", this is a suggestion not a criticism ;-)

I received the order very quickly, well-filled vanilla, fatty while it is announced dry. Nice pod but however without taste, I have tried to extract the grains, infuse the pod, blend it into powder, but even using 3 pods, the flavor of the vanilla is only very slightly present. Basically, the pod is well filled but without any flavor or smell. They are starting to frost, as indicated on the site but still no taste. Well, apart from that the almond powder is good and the spices are strong. But I am still dissatisfied with the vanilla pods.

I was referred by my son on the email received it says 1 gift with your first order, I received my order but I'm still waiting for my gift. I sent an email to report this fact, I am still waiting for a response. So I certainly will never order again

I have been a customer since 2021, this time I ordered the offer of 100 Ugandan vanilla pods size M with 10 pods as a gift, unfortunately in my 10 gifted vanilla pods, 3 had mold, I think due to poor curing. The others also have this curing problem, I haven't opened the 100 pack yet, I hope they will be of better quality.

A bit disappointed receiving the second order because the little gift of 10 vanilla pods was offered if the order exceeded 29 euros, but I made 2 orders on the same day, although not at the same time, but a total of 67.12 euros.

I had a small problem connecting to your site because my password was not recognized and it was impossible to change it with my usual email address.
