Disappointed not to have received the order I placed... it took two months to be refunded and despite that, I placed another one (this one) obviously the advantageous prices of vanilla were no longer current. A commercial gesture (gift) was made but still, I remain disappointed after years of hassle-free purchases.

Hello Céline,
Following your message and the double payment, we did our best to satisfy you.
Here is your message:
Good evening, following my phone conversation this evening, and the cancellation of a previous order that remained in preparation status since November, we obtained a refund for the latter. It was specified to ask for a commercial gesture during our next order. So it is done. Thank you in advance
The team sent you several gifts but despite that, they couldn't reach the moon.
Sorry, we did our best with a reduced staff. Thank you for your understanding.
Have a great week,
David Vanille

I am satisfied with my order that arrived very quickly, well packaged and the product is good, a bit firmer than the previous ones ordered a few years ago in Belgium which were very soft, yours are very well tried in both categories ordered to make Catalan creams and egg flans, very fragrant, following your advice I canned them with a splash of amber rum, I think it's better than the parchment paper I had used (for the Belgians) so very good and I am very satisfied, because I was also surprised to receive an additional gift: a fabric bag and a packet of Tonka beans, nothing to complain about, I will reorder because there are items that look interesting. Christianne for the Tonka beans I cannot rate them as I did not know them and have not used them yet.

I took cocoa beans to try but apart from roasting, I don't know how to use them. Is it possible to accompany the product with a recipe or a recipe link regarding the ordered product?
