I am a bit disappointed with the Madagascar vanilla powder because I find it doesn't really flavor. I bought the vanilla pods from Vanuatu because they were on sale and they are good but less fleshy than those from Madagascar, which I ultimately prefer.

A HUGE FAVORITE - What aromatic power! I strongly invite you to discover this Grand Cru vanilla worked in the old-fashioned way by my teams. Pods at full maturity slightly split or not split, a fireworks display of aromatic amplitude! A higher dry matter content, a reduced humidity level, allowing for all the aromatic precision of my harvest. It is from my beginnings on the beaches of Sainte Anne (Guadeloupe).
Also, the main photo accurately represents the vanilla sold.
