The order you received and that I GAVE you represents an amount of €166 while yours was €37.36 ;-) The ordered spices were not there but instead of 10 Bourbon Gold vanilla pods from Madagascar, you received, for example, 40. To minimize the risks of contagion and barrier gestures, this seemed to me to be the best solution. At the same time, to avoid making this mistake again, a new verification framework for my orders has been put in place. It is now impossible for this error to happen again. The relay refused my cardboard letter for shipment as they had no more space. It should be noted that the relay refuses before receiving packages when they have a large volume of arrivals. I contacted you by phone on Wednesday, December 4 to inform you of the delivery of your order to another relay (following your email). I contacted the relay this morning who indicated that they only require an ID as proof to receive your package. I have never had a case where a clerk requested another proof, otherwise, a simple call on my mobile would have sufficed to validate the pickup at the post office. Care in preparation and follow-up to each of your emails was provided for your order. I treat each of my partners, subcontractors or not, with great respect. The two people I spoke to on the phone at Part Dieu assured me that a simple proof of identity is sufficient. If my logistics partner was unable to respond to your initial request for a relay, I am sorry (week of Black Friday). For the non-respect of a 48-72h deadline, it arrived late but arrived on Friday, December 6 at the post office.
