I am always satisfied with my orders, especially for the XXXL vanilla, but I am always disappointed with the Ugandan vanilla that I receive quite often for free, the vanilla pods are always ultra dry so it makes no sense to give it away for free, especially when you buy the top, the disappointment is way too big! But for all the other spices, there is nothing to say, everything is top-notch.
