A well-packaged order that arrived quickly, but I am disappointed by the vanilla scent that was for my jams, the choice will be different for my next order...

Hello Marie-Joëlle,
Thank you for your feedback. We are a bit surprised that the Bourbon Gold from Madagascar did not fully satisfy you, as it is a vanilla that we particularly appreciate. However, we do not know your method for making your jams, which can also influence the final result.
Please do not hesitate to get back to us with your next order: we can discuss your method and advise you on the vanilla most suited to your jams.
Looking forward to it,
The team at davidvanille.com

I received exactly what I wanted but I was disappointed by the quality of the vanilla pods which were rather dry, they should be kept vacuum sealed to avoid this.

Response from DavidVanille.com – Spice Hunter
Hello Christelle,
Thank you for your feedback. The Lac Victoria is a naturally dry vanilla, with a low humidity level, as indicated in its description. It is indeed ideal for infusion to reveal its beautiful warm, vanilla, and cocoa notes. For more information about vanilla, we invite you to check the section "All about vanilla" on our website.
