Allow me to provide you with some clarifications on the ingredients that concern you: The spices and aromatic plants are the heart of our business and come from carefully selected sources. The skimmed milk powder is a 100% natural ingredient that brings the characteristic creaminess of coconut milk. Modified starch is simply starch transformed by physical processes, without the addition of chemicals. Xanthan gum (E415) is a natural thickener, produced by fermenting sugar with a bacterium. Citric acid (E330) is naturally present in citrus fruits and other fruits. Our approach at David Vanille has always been to offer authentic spice blends while ensuring optimal preservation and use. The additives present in our Coconut Curry are used in minimal quantities and are all of natural origin or derived from natural products.
