This is not my first order and it certainly won't be the last. David is as involved as his team in the smooth running of your order, even calling you personally to resolve a problem or at least answer a question about your order. I highly recommend it because the quality of the products is there. And as a professional in the food industry, David Vanilla is now my sure value in terms of various spices and other products in the range.

Hello, We had stated on the red banner at the top of the site, on the slide of the homepage and on the customer cart that shipments would be made upon our return from travel, the week of August 22. Also, a message was printed and sent to all our customers in the prepared shipments on these orders. We played the transparency card hence the misunderstanding of your review. Sincerely, David
