The products are of very good quality. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed that the two main products I wanted to order were suddenly no longer available. In these circumstances, I would have preferred to cancel the entire order or add similar products. Unfortunately, I was only informed after the package was shipped. For the missing products, I was refunded quickly but now I still do not have the products I wanted and will have to pay for shipping again. I was very disappointed. It would be better to inform people before shipping an incomplete order!

Hello Martine,
On the December order, it is clearly stated on the package to "take the pods out of the sachet and put them in a base of alcohol". It was about fresh vanilla from the last harvest and it is essential to follow this advice to preserve them.
Thank you for your understanding,
Best regards,

Disappointing after-sales service. No discussion possible following a delivery problem! Order delivered for them but where? The postman marked it as delivered but he made a mistake with the address!! I had to search for my package myself! Yes it was delivered but elsewhere! You need to change service providers! But your customers are not responsible for YOUR delivery choices. So a lost customer... But maybe you can afford it.

Hello, We offer three deliveries, two to relay points and one to home (+ DHL Express). The service is provided by Colissimo and the delivery receipt is done by your postman. The package was delivered on May 12. As explained in our T&Cs, a package delivered with a receipt is not refundable. Fanny responded to your request and conducted a search minutes after your call to ensure tracking. We do not wish to change service providers. Thank you for your understanding, David

But a small downside on the promotional lot of 100 Bourbon pods.. The quality/price ratio is satisfactory but a few pods (6/7) were much less beautiful than the others.

Response from DavidVanille.com – Spice Hunter
Hello, Why put the pods under vacuum? We do not highlight it on our sheets and do not wish to do so. You bought red vanilla and came back to us because the pods were dry and crooked. We replied that it was indeed the characteristics of this vanilla with a high vanillin content. Giving a rating of 3/5 when the delivery was FREE via the promotional operation and with the service (preparation, SMS tracking, customer service questions, ...) that we offer for an unrelated reason not claimed or stated in our sheet is off-topic. Some of our competitors offer beautiful swollen pods in water and vacuum-sealed, feel free to test. Have a good week, David

Hello,
A huge thank you for your feedback, your support, your recommendations, and your loyalty!
At DavidVanille.com, we continue every day to develop our range and embark on the discovery of new gems. Today, we explore over 75 producing countries and more than a hundred terroirs, each with its own story and uniqueness.
There are still so many flavors to discover to enhance your recipes! Each order allows us to pursue this passion, visit the plantations, and share with you the most beautiful finds.
To thank you, a gift is offered with every order, and our newsletter subscribers benefit from a special offer with free shipping (limited-time offer).
With all our gratitude,
The David Vanille Team
