Disappointing after-sales service. No discussion possible following a delivery problem! Order delivered for them but where? The postman marked it as delivered but he made a mistake with the address!! I had to search for my package myself! Yes it was delivered but elsewhere! You need to change service providers! But your customers are not responsible for YOUR delivery choices. So a lost customer... But maybe you can afford it.

Hello, We offer three deliveries, two to relay points and one to home (+ DHL Express). The service is provided by Colissimo and the delivery receipt is done by your postman. The package was delivered on May 12. As explained in our T&Cs, a package delivered with a receipt is not refundable. Fanny responded to your request and conducted a search minutes after your call to ensure tracking. We do not wish to change service providers. Thank you for your understanding, David

Overall quite good. 2nd order received quickly without any problems. Quality peppers. Vanilla tea good. Vanilla overall quite good. If you have dried black cherries, I am interested. But a small downside on the promotional lot of 100 Bourbon pods.. The quality/price ratio is satisfactory but a few pods (6/7) were much less beautiful than the others.

Hello, Why put the pods under vacuum? We do not highlight it on our sheets and do not wish to do so. You bought red vanilla and came back to us because the pods were dry and crooked. We replied that it was indeed the characteristics of this vanilla with a high vanillin content. Giving a rating of 3/5 when the delivery was FREE via the promotional operation and with the service (preparation, SMS tracking, customer service questions, ...) that we offer for an unrelated reason not claimed or stated in our sheet is off-topic. Some of our competitors offer beautiful swollen pods in water and vacuum-sealed, feel free to test. Have a good week, David

I ordered 2 lots of XS Red Papua Vanilla Pods. I did not expect to see dry and hard pods. I don’t know what to do with them, as for the rest of my order there is nothing to say, the spices smell divine.

The expiration date of the 3 boxes of saffron that were delivered to me is 11/2023 while they were packaged on 11/2020!! I won’t be able to keep them for long... And I find that the saffron packaging is not airtight enough as it smells everywhere it is placed.

No problem with my order, fast delivery.
Regarding the storage of vanilla pods, I have stored vanilla pods in a glass jar for several months without any problem, only poor quality pods justify storage with alcohol.

Order well received! The box was poorly sealed, the tape was sticking to part of the box. At the moment, I haven't used the products yet and can't give my opinion. But I can say that there were intense smells of spices around this box.

Nice and the price is attractive, but the wild pepper from Madagascar that I bought smells good but has no taste, whereas I am from Reunion and I eat it often and it has a pronounced taste, I am a bit disappointed and I haven't had time to taste all the things from my order yet, we'll see.

We sell several tons per year of our wild pepper harvests and know this product very well. We offer 3 qualities: black, white, red. If our wild pepper has no taste, it might be due to covid :-)
