Fast delivery, excellent vanilla but very disappointed with the pods supposedly very large... In terms of quantity, I received 3 that correspond, but honestly the rest is far from the advertised product... really average size. I give a rating of 3 stars because your site is user-friendly... fast delivery... careful packaging.

Hello Catherine. Thank you for your message. The Grandiose vanilla pods are an exceptional product, representing only 0.001% of vanilla harvests. In this category, the length of the pods can vary, but they are always larger than average, which justifies their classification as 'Grandiose'. Thank you for your understanding. Looking forward to it.

Very large selection of exceptional spices and vanillas at extremely attractive prices (especially on vanilla). However, I was a bit disappointed with my XL pods in my last order which were of lesser quality than previous times.

Hello Kathleen,
Thank you for your feedback and for your loyalty. We are delighted that our choice of vanillas and spices as well as our prices please you. However, we are sorry to learn that your last XL pods did not bring you complete satisfaction.
As vanilla is a natural product, its appearance and characteristics may vary slightly depending on the harvests.

Hello Pascale,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are a bit surprised by your feelings as our vanilla powder is usually very appreciated for its fragrance and its beautiful aromatic intensity.
We recommend a dosage of about 5 g for 1 liter of milk in order to fully enjoy its aromas, as its diffusion in the liquid allows to reveal all its richness.

Hello Allone,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We understand your comment regarding the confusion at the time of ordering. The Bourbon Red vanilla and the Bourbon Black vanilla are indeed two different varieties, with distinct aromatic profiles and textures.
We still hope that, in use, this vanilla will pleasantly surprise you by revealing all its aromatic richness.

Regarding the packaging, it is indicated on each product sheet on our site. We indeed favor small packaging to allow our customers to discover, test, and appreciate a product in small quantities. This also allows for creating a basket with a wider selection of products and varying the discoveries.

Hello Maryse,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. We are quite surprised by your feelings regarding this vanilla, as the Bourbon Gold from Madagascar is a vanilla of good quality, appreciated especially for its cocoa and buttery notes.
The aromatic intensity can, however, vary depending on the preparation and the quantity used. We hope that your future uses will allow you to appreciate its aromas even more.

I was satisfied overall but a bit disappointed regarding the XL bourbon vanilla. Indeed, upon opening I found the pods a bit "dry" and lacking in fragrance. I have not used them yet. I hope to find the aromas during my preparations.

I am satisfied with my order as well as the delivery time. What I preferred was the black garlic with its subtle and delicate taste. I just regret that it is not organic. Yes, I would recommend you because I feel that you are a true professional, competent and obviously honest. See you soon.

The last order is identical to the previous one, at the same price, but the vanilla pods are drier, and it is missing 10 cm in length. I sent you an email on your site just after receiving the order, but I have not received any response from you. Thank you for getting back to me. Best regards.

Hello Gérard,
Thank you very much for your feedback! The Black Gold Pompona Vanilla "GRANDIOSE" truly lives up to its name: these are extraordinary pods, with really impressive dimensions. Depending on the harvests, their width and volume can indeed vary slightly, but they remain selected in this exceptional XXXL category.
We understand that the "wow" effect of the photo makes you want to find exactly the same pods in the bag. Nature always keeps a little bit of surprise!
Looking forward,
The DavidVanille.com team
