Everything was perfect except the quantity I received 900g of downgraded vanilla instead of 1kg of downgraded vanilla

You weigh as a professional or individual a water content. At our level, in the importation of vanilla, after years in the industry, here are the most important points: - Vanillin content (main molecule for purely vanilla notes) - Associated aromatic amplitude On this batch: Main Notes: Vanilla, Red Fruits (Raspberries, Currants), Forest Fruits (Blackberries, Blueberries) Heart Notes: Slightly woody, Very candied. - Harvest period - Lot aging, compliance with the specifications specific to each importer (here, long traditional aging as in the past). - Nutrients from the soil from which the pods come, indigenous terroir, type of cultivation (shade, agroforestry, intensive...) - Final result in the creations of our chef and individual clients. Finally, the vanilla that the industry buys to create vanilla extract is only split or unsplit vanilla extraction. Like us, it focuses on the quality of the batch and not on the visual. Delivery OK disappointing vanilla gift

The vanilla pieces are not particularly tasty, they are very hard. I tried to chew a piece because I like it, but it's tough. Pepper ok, ginger ok, mild curry... not so mild after all.

I received my order well, products always packaged in sealed individual bags but, unlike my previous orders, these are not resealable and I find that very unfortunate because I have to transfer everything into boxes with the loss of spices that this entails... I am not sure I will continue to buy on this site, despite the choice and quality of the products due to the packaging. Best regards

Nothing to report, except for the poor work of the GLS carrier... Package delivered to another relay point, returned to the sender, re-shipped (to home this time). It was therefore very long!

Quality products at very reasonable prices, however, a big downside on the packaging... I ordered 200g of several products and each time I received 10 individual bags of 20g... having at least 100g bags would help limit plastic use!

Very intuitive site, a lot of choices, prices are interesting, the vanillas are of much lower quality than the worthy pods, but let's be fair, the prices are well below the exorbitant prices practiced in stores. In short, I recommend and will reorder as soon as necessary.

I ordered several packets of vanilla bought in July 2024 with a shelf life until 2026 and of course unopened. I reported that several packets of vanilla are starting to mold and no response from customer service!!!

The 'caviar' of vanilla is great.

Fast delivery, but the herbal teas are of poor quality. Disappointed, I did not have this problem with the first purchase.

Next time I will take another variety of vanilla; the one I bought is small. I wanted 40 pods, 1 pack bought, 1 free x2. I will try a pepper next time.

Great order and products are great.

Teas, infusions, and spices of very good quality but the packaging needs to be reviewed. Too much packaging or we should also have 100g and 200g packaging. Making quality spices and teas yes, but we also need to think about protecting nature.

The site is good, many products but not clear on the downgraded vanilla pods that are cut.

Good products at reasonable prices. I received an incorrect product instead of what I ordered but customer service responded quickly to send me the correct product.

Generally, I love your products, but I was very surprised by the composition of the 'coconut curry'......not very natural

I have been ordering blindly from David vanilla for a few years now

No issues with the products or the order... however, GLS needs to be stopped, this carrier is a disaster... and can we still call it a carrier.... 3 orders placed with you, 2 were delivered to the wrong pickup point which forced me to travel 15km while my pickup point is 500 meters from my home.... too bad, I hope this will evolve....

The crushed pepper is more ground pepper than crushed. The previous one was coarsely crushed, but still I preferred it.

A lot of talk and especially inconsistency and change of opinion depending on the products offered.... so it's business but little competence... The last one is always the best and exceptional...
