The 20 vanilla pods are great as always. I wanted to try the downgraded ones because the price is really attractive, but the pods are unusable, they have already been scraped and are pods but without powder inside. I am really disappointed.

Hello, We are sorry that our downgraded vanilla pods did not meet your expectations. However, allow us to clarify their quality and use. Our downgraded pods, although sometimes presenting splits, breaks, a drier texture, or a reduced size, retain all their aromatic richness. They are pods from the same great vintages as our premium products, but they are offered at an exceptional price to allow our customers to enjoy them while managing their budget. To reveal all their aromatic power, simply rehydrate them in a splash of alcohol, milk, or an infusion of your choice. Once rehydrated, they triple in volume and release their exquisite notes of warm and enveloping vanilla. These pods are in no way
