Really very satisfied with my order which is carefully packaged. We receive a very nice SMS to tell us that the order has been shipped and the vanilla is very good. Honestly, I hesitated to order from a Facebook ad and I absolutely do not regret it and I would order from the David Vanille site without any problem.

Second order and beautiful disappointment. Nothing to say about the products. However, I was charged for shipping fees even though I had intentionally exceeded the minimum. And the gift (given the amount of the order) that was supposed to be saffron turned out to be wood band. Very disappointed.. I had indicated that I was being charged shipping fees but no response. Too bad.

Response from DavidVanille.com – Spice Hunter
Hello Hans,
Your product total (excluding promotion) was €64.29 and €6.90 for shipping fees.
Therefore, the saffron was not offered because the total was not €69, nor the shipping fees.
We have just refunded the shipping fees to your card. A box of saffron will be graciously offered to you with your next order. You will need to leave a message for David for this gesture.
Thank you for your understanding.
Looking forward,
