David Vanilla! What a wonderful meeting! I stumbled upon this treasure messenger by chance (I was looking for a seller of black lemon powder)!!! From the very first order, I noticed the quality and flavor of the products: the rare peppers (I love timut pepper), the sugars (I discovered date sugar), the tasty spices but above all, the palm goes, in my opinion, to the saffron and vanilla! Bourbon vanilla is a delight! I am also very sensitive to the attention given to its customers by offering not only recipes for each product but also a gift with every order in the package where the products are carefully wrapped. Thank you also for the gesture of loyalty recognition. Thank you for this precious delicacy that is felt and is so rare these days. I do not forget to add that I speak of my beautiful discovery and I wish a long life to this magnificent French company.

"Wow! I feel like I'm back in Mayotte like 30 years ago the first time I learned to use vanilla for cooking!" The cry of my husband's heart last night when he prepared his fish with vanilla sauce for us. All the products we ordered from David Vanille are wonders. salts, peppers, vanillas (declassified), spice blends, high-end at accessible prices, fast and careful shipping, what more could you ask for? We are delighted to have discovered such good products and on his site David tells his lovely story very well, passionate, he makes us want to travel and adventure! We will keep this address precious and will not hesitate to reorder.

The global relay delivery was really terrible, change of relay point at the last moment without recourse, no receipt of the withdrawal code and customer service unreachable (more than 4 days and countless calls ending up with AI). Upon receipt, the vanilla is still rather dry, I haven't tasted everything but I'm less happy...

Hello Sylvie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we apologize for the inconveniences encountered during the delivery of your order.
The rerouting of your package is related to the saturation of the initially chosen locker. We sincerely regret this logistical incident as well as the difficulties encountered for the pickup.
Thank you for selecting several varieties of vanilla with varying aromatic profiles. Each origin has its own characteristics, particularly in terms of texture and humidity levels, information specified in each product sheet.
Looking forward to exchanging for any advice.

I was disappointed this time because the vanilla I ordered was really very very dry, like little sticks of wood. I sent a message to customer service who replied that it's normal, this vanilla is always like that, dry. However, this is not the first time I've bought it and it has never been dry. Anyway, everything else in the order is perfect.
