No issues with the products or the order... however, GLS needs to be stopped, this carrier is a disaster... and can we still call it a carrier.... 3 orders placed with you, 2 were delivered to the wrong pickup point which forced me to travel 15km while my pickup point is 500 meters from my home.... too bad, I hope this will evolve....

I completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery issues with GLS. We sincerely apologize for these repeated inconveniences, especially the deliveries to the wrong pickup point that forced you to travel 15 km instead of the initially planned 500 meters.
Good news: following numerous similar feedback from our customers, we have decided to test a new carrier starting early April. This change should allow for more reliable deliveries within 48 to 72 hours. Our priority is to ensure a serious delivery service that meets the quality of our products.

The products are of very good quality and well packaged, the customer service responds quickly and seeks answers to our questions. The only downside I see is the conversion of rewards into vouchers. The validity period of the voucher is so short that you have to order right away to not miss the vouchers.

The vouchers are only valid for 7 days when you generate the voucher ;-) You can place an order, come back in 2 months, and generate your voucher at that time to take advantage of it (it will then be valid for 7 days).
